What types of kills are counted on Strange Flamethrowers?

When playing Team Fortress 2, I noticed that my Strange Flare Gun had more than double the amount of kills my Strange Degreaser had (I started using both of them at about the same time). Even though I'm quite good at aiming the Flare Gun, I found it odd that my primary weapon had a lot less kills than my secondary. Why isnt Minecraft using the full amount of RAM?

Before you jump to conclusions, I've tried to solve this before asking.I cannot seem to get Minecraft to go above 5% of the allocated memory. Here's what I've done: set the max fps to like 130, updated Java, allocated like 8 gigs of RAM using the -xmx thing, and installed optifine. There is no reason my computer should lag on Minecraft. I have a GTX 980M and 16gb of RAM.Is there some way that I can tell my computer to use more than like 400MB of RAM on Minecraft? Change skin in cloned minecraft

I have not really cloned my Minecraft, but kinda. On my laptop I run my Minecraft with command file (.bat) instead of the usual launcher, and on my gaming computer I run it as usual.
